Ms. Su Cheng Harris-Simpson is the Founder and CEO of SCHSAsia, an impact-driven consultancy that offers consulting, workshops, and projects focused on women empowerment. Su Cheng is also the Founder and President of the Women Empowerment Council (WEC), an engaged and impactful network of corporate leaders and decision-makers who are committed to sharing, learning, and participating in this essential endeavor. Since moving to China in 1997, Su Cheng has been actively involved in the Beijing business community, currently is serving on the Board of AmCham China, and is the founding co-chair of the AmCham China Women Professionals Committee.

Grace Quan brings over 20 years leadership and management experience with 17 years in FedEx China Co. Ltd. She joined FedEx China in Wuhan as a Senior HR executive in 2007. In 2010, she transferred to the Customer Experience department to broaden her business horizon. In 2012, she transferred back to HR as the Senior Manager of Asia Pacific Shared HR Services Center (HRSC) that provides standard HR services for 15 countries and markets in APAC. Under her leadership, the HRSC has been recognized with multiple external awards in global HR SSC competition. In 2018, Grace Quan assumed the position of Managing Director of FedEx China customer experience department with a team of around 1,000 employees. In the dynamic and competitive business landscape, her foresight has enabled her team to design and implement important strategies and redefine the standard of customer-centricity.

Prior to joining FedEx, Grace Quan has over 10 years’ experience in real estate industry and executive education industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and master’s degree in business administration from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
