Come and join Tianjin’s First Joint Chamber Golf Tournament organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in China, Tianjin and the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in Tianjin on Saturday, October 17, 2015.
The golf tournament will be held at Tianjin Panshan Golf Club. Located at the foot of the Panshan Mountain, this is an international standard 36-hole park-style golf course. For our tournament we will play the A/B course. This course is spectacular in design and is meticulously maintained. In addition, the A/B course has more than 5,000 mature fruit trees present throughout the 18 holes. If your ball happens to stray off the “short grass” you may be consoled by sampling some of the fruit bounty including apple, pear, plum, apricot, peach and persimmon. This is the only park-style golf course in Tianjin.
The format of this tournament will be Two Person Best Ball Scramble. (Each person on the Two Person Team hits his/her ball from the tee box. The best ball location is chosen and each team member plays again from the chosen location. This procedure continues until the hole is finished. Four drives from each team member must be used on holes #1 through #9 and four from each member on holes #10 through #18). Awards will be given for the following: top three teams, longest drive, most accurate longest drive, nearest to pin, and best putter.
In addition to an excellent day of golf and all-day free flow drinks, the event will also feature a buffet dinner and lucky draw prizes during the Awards Ceremony at the Jixian Marriot Hotel. Closely neighboring ecological wetland, facing Mountain Pan in the North and a stroll away from Cui Ping Lake, the Jixian Marriot Hotel offers 5-star facilities and services and is the first eco-friendly resort in Jixian. - RMB750 net – One night stay at Deluxe Room, inclusive of 1 daily breakfast; (room rate valid from Oct. 15 to 17, additional breakfasts will be charged at RMB160 net per person)
- RMB1250 net – Two nights stay at Deluxe Room with up to 2 daily breakfasts and round trip transportation to and from Panshan Golf Course.
- RMB1580 net – Two nights stay with up to 3 daily breakfasts/day, 3 Pan Mountain tickets and round trip shuttle bus services from hotel to Pan Mountain (Must have minimum of 5 confirmed reservations for free bus transportation; if less than 5 RSVPs for the Pan Shan tour on the same day, hotel cannot provide free transportation to Pan Shan)
