An interactive class of self-analysis for secretarial staff. The course begins with trainees learning about overcoming communication barriers and learning about the expectations of colleagues both within their working environment and across cultures.
Planning, time management and communication skills are all fundamental for an efficient assistant and will be discussed during the workshop.
Participants will discuss their roles and become clearly aware of their key roles in communication and plan for more effective communication after the workshop.
