Remington Hu is a Principal Consultant for Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting, based in the Firm's Beijing office. He specializes in leadership development and communication effectiveness. He is potentially the only leadership consultant in the Greater China area possessing both an Ivy League education and C-suite experience. He brings to his work more than 20 years of business acumen as the CFO of Yucheng Technologies, the CFO of Pousheng International, a successful entrepreneur; a banker from Citibank; and an investment professional at leading private equity firms in Greater China.

Rina Joosten has worked since 2002 on the subject of innovation in both China and Europe. Rina is cofounder and Chief Commercial Officer of technology venture Seedlink Tech in China. On top of that, she is the founder and sitting Board Member of international HR consultancy International Top Talent. She held various management positions at a global science-based company active in health, nutrition and materials. Here she focused on the commercialization process of R&D and innovation. At Seedlink Tech, Rina heads Strategy and the marketing and sales organization in China.
Jason Zheng, the business director of IBM China Smarter Workforce team, is responsible for the business expansion and eco-system optimization in the whole region of GCG (mainland, HK, Macau and Taiwan).
