The number of Chinese travelling to the United States has increased dramatically in the past few years. The US Commerce Department projects that the new visa policy which extends validity limits to 10 years for Chinese leisure and business visitors and 5 years for student travelers and significantly eases the visa application process could mean that as many as 7.5 million Chinese visitors a year will come to the US by 2021 (3 times as many arrivals than in 2013).
To provide travelers with more information and travel options, Qatar Airways will host a workshop addressing the top questions that business and leisure travelers and students have about travelling to the United States. Qatar Airways is one of the world's five-star airline as ranked by Skytrax and offers daily nonstop flights to 7 of the largest metropolitan areas of the United States. Three more destinations will be added at the beginning of 2016.
