On April 22nd, three new free-trade zones were launched in Tianjin, Fujian, and Guangdong, tasked with piloting the investment reforms first launched in Shanghai in 2013. What opportunities do these four zones present to foreign business? What regulations should we be aware of and closely monitoring?
