Since his move to China in 2004, Chiu has been consulting Western MNCs in recruiting key talents and supporting them in their business activities in China and Hong Kong. Chiu is a regular guest speaker at distinguished HR conferences and seminars in China and in Germany where he shares his insight knowledge and experience about the comprehensive HR challenges in China.
