Visas affect most AmCham members, no matter Chinese visiting the US or Americans living in China. The situation might be getting easier with a deal announced during APEC extending the validity of business, student and tourist visas, which will undoubtedly be one of the hot topics of conversation during the AmCham China Visa Committee networking night.
The Visa Committee focuses on research, education, and advocacy related to US and China immigration law issues as they impact AmCham China members. But for the networking night, we will be taking a more relaxed approach to provide a forum for everyone to openly share their views on US and Chinese visa policies in an informal environment. Drinks and light snacks will be provided.
