In recent years, an increasing number of American companies have reported situations where local employees are resorting to violence, or threats of violence, to address commercial or labor related grievances. These threats present serious safety, operational, and management issues to American companies and staff operating in China.

AmCham China and USCBC, in conjunction with FCS, have organized a panel of government and industry speakers to provide American companies with best practices for navigating these disputes should they arise. Speakers from the US Embassy as well as the private sector will join the discussion.
