Since the release of our initial report last year, China has announced an ambitious reform agenda and we continue to be encouraged by the promised reform and initiatives such as a US-China Bilateral Investment Treaty. However, despite some areas of progress, many of our key challenges remain the same and, in many ways, the overall investment climate in China for our members has deteriorated.
