China has just marked the 6th anniversary of the China Anti-Monopoly Law and enforcement of the law has come to play a central role in maintaining a good level of competition in the market.
In order to understand more about the implementation of the Anti-Monopoly Law in China, AmCham China is pleased to host Mr. Zhao Guobin, Director of Anti-Monopoly Enforcement Department of Anti-Monopoly and Anti-Competition Enforcement Bureau of State Administration of Industry and Commerce, who will share his experiences and insights.
