Executive presence is often referred to as the "it" factor – the ability of some people to exude confidence, to have influence ,and to effectively get buy-in to ideas. Research shows that there are a different set of expectations for professional women and men on what executive presence is and how they should display it. In this one-day session, we'll look at some fascinating research, engage in dynamic discussion, and most importantly, get some practical tips, as professional women, on how to develop our executive presence. You will actively engage with like-minded women to increase your own awareness around the message you send through your communication, and put some practical tools into action. This course will be delivered in English.

This is an open course for professional women committed to their own growth. We welcome professionals from all industries and backgrounds.
Trainer: Em Roblin
Em is the Managing Director of LEAP. She is specialized in effective communication. Em was recipient of the Ernst & Young Women in Business Inspiration Leadership Award in 2011, is an adviser to POWER Women, and has been an executive member of the Viva Professional Network and board member of 85 Broads. She writes a column about effective communication for women in the All China Women's Federation's monthly publication.
Before her China time, Em has a wealth of training experience and graduated top of her class with a Masters in Policy and Administration.
"Professional Women's Empowerment" is a one-day course from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM that will be held in the AmCham China Conference Center. Coffee, lunch and light refreshments will be provided during breaks.
