AmCham China welcomes you to join us as we host Alex Parle, Executive Vice President of the National Council for APEC (NCAPEC), to discuss recent developments in APEC, the CEO Summit to be held in November, and upcoming APEC Ministerial meetings.
NCAPEC serves as the US Secretariat for the three executives who are appointed to the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC). In addition, NCAPEC regularly engages with the US government agencies and departments, as well as regional bodies, to express private-sector priorities. As VP of NCAPEC, Parle overseas the organization's policy advocacy efforts, communications,and engagement with ABAC, and is responsible for NCAPEC's external relations. He will be in Beijing for the APEC Mining Ministerial which will be held on June 27-28.
