The DISC Personality System is the universal language of behavior. Research has shown that behavioral characteristics can be grouped together in four major divisions called personality styles. People with similar styles tend to exhibit specific behavioral characteristics common to that style. All people share these four styles in varying degrees of intensity. The acronym DISC stands for the four personality styles represented by the letters: D (Drive), I (Influence), S (Steadiness) and C (Compliance).

Chia Hui is the founder of Dalian Homebuilders Consultation Service, a company dedicated to help build healthy individuals and families. She is certified DISC Behavioral and Career consultant as well as a Family Education trainer with Fei Yue, one of the most established family service centers in Singapore. Chia Hui has a wealth of experience in training and mentoring. She and her husband have introduced a School of Parenting from Singapore and have been providing training here in Dalian for the past 12 years. A professional woman who home schooled all five of her children, Chia Hui will share her story and explain how she managed to balance successfully her personal and professional lives.
