Caterpillar Tianjin Ltd. (CTL) is the largest single investment that Caterpillar has made in the Asia-Pacific region to increase its production capacity. The project kicked off in 2011, and the majority of construction and equipment commissioning was completed by the end of 2013. The facility is now in the pilot production phase.
