AmCham China's Legal Committee is interested in receiving input from member companies regarding their relevant legal issues, as well as additional member leadership to develop the committee's future informational events, policy goals and advocacy strategy that will help serve your company or firm in 2014.
We will host a discussion with members regarding legal issues in China after a brief presentation on AmCham China's Legal Committee, and a short briefing from the US Embassy regarding the developments in these areas between the US and Chinese governments. There will be a brief reception and networking afterwards.

The Legal Committee has played a vital role within AmCham China over the years through the commenting and reviewing of legal submissions to the Chinese government, as well as providing detailed insight on legal issues related to Competition Law, Government Procurement, Risk Management and Investment. We encourage in-house council to attend the meeting, in order to hear more about your companies' policy and advocacy interests regarding these issues, as well as any others.
