Northeast China: New Visa Regulations for Foreigners in China
The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress passed a new Exit-Entry Administration law that became effective on July 1, 2013. The new law introduces harsher punishments as well as stronger possibilities to enforce the regulations.
AmCham China Northeast China chapter is honored to have a special guest, Director Xu Wen of the Dalian Public Security Bureau, who has graciously agreed to join the seminar and provide a briefing on the new regulations. In his presentation, Director Xu will provide background to the new exit-entry law, discuss the new content of the law and the differences between the old rules and the new ones. He will also discuss the new items in the law that are especially relevant to foreigners working and living in China.
Director Xu will also address any questions regarding the topic after his presentation.
The presentation will be given in Chinese with simultaneous English translation.
