Join AmCham China for a panel discussion on innovative best practices for the recruitment and retention of talent in China. In this year's AmCham China Business Climate Survey, labor costs were the topped ranked business challenges cited by our respondents. Additionally, shortages of qualified employees and management ranked third and fifth, respectively. This panel discussion will focus on how our members are overcoming these challenges, and share the thoughts and efforts of companies that have implemented successful policies in recruitment and retention of qualified talent.
