Event Details
Please note that this course will be conducted in Chinese & English.
If you attend meetings with global colleagues, how effective are you? Do you speak up assertively? Do you contribute actively? Do you jump into the discussion with authority?
If you are passive, silent, and sit in a back corner, what do your colleagues think of you? Do you shy away from rocking the boat? When a colleague says something clearly wrong, you don't speak your mind? Is that a formula for success in your company?
Or maybe you come off too aggressively because you tend to use the wrong choice of English phrases to voice your disagreement. When you offend your colleagues, how does that help with building professional relationships?
This half-day training dives into the nitty-gritty "how-to" of speaking up without speaking down when you have meetings and calls with global colleagues. At the end of the training, you will have a toolbox to voice your opinion logically and with authority, to offer encouragement and support, to disagree constructively, and build camaraderie at the same time.
