Sunny is a tax manager for Deloitte, China. Before joining Deloitte, China, she had 16 years’ work experience in tax authorities. She worked with the Beijing Xicheng local tax inspection bureau and Beijing local tax bureau tax assessment section (for large enterprise management). She has extensive experience with tax inspection, tax assessment and tax risk management. Sunny can provide clients with a full range of tax consulting and tax controversy services. She specially focuses on tax dispute resolution, tax self-assessment and enterprise tax risk control. She has extensive real-work experience dealing with tax authorities.

Nathan is the Director of PwC’s Worldtrade Management Services (WMS) practice, based in Beijing, China.
Nathan has over 15 years’ experience in the field of Customs and international trade. Before joining PwC, Nathan was the Section Chief of Tianjin Customs and responsible for Customs Valuation.
His industry experience includes pharmaceutical, medical device, information technology, electronics, automotive and chemicals. He is specialized in Customs Valuation, Tariff Classification, Certificate of Origin, Duty collection, Customs clearance, Processing Trade, Criminal and Administrative cases. Partially, he had rich experience in customs valuation cases. He participated in formulating Standard Program of Customs Valuation in China Customs, drafting Operation Manual of Duty Collection and Guidance of Valuation of Royalty fee.
In the period of working at GAC and Tianjin Customs, he established and maintains good network with both GAC and local Customs officials.
Nathan graduated from East China University of Science and Technology. He obtained a Bachelor Degree of Engineering, majoring in Chemical Engineering.

Ms. Connie Wang joined GMS team of KPMG Beijing office in 2010. She has over 8 years’ experience in PRC IIT advisory and compliance service. With years of working with China’s personal income tax, she has accumulated a wealth of experience in personal income tax policy, tax planning and the practical application of China’s personal income tax law.

Kenny has plenty of experience in providing transfer pricing services for both domestic overseas clients in diversified industries. The clients served include Chinese subsidiaries of multinational enterprises in Europe, America, Japan and Korea as well as domestic state-owned enterprises. The industries served cover automobile, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and software. Since joining KPMG in 2007, Kenny has worked with KPMG for 11 years, and has been engaged in provision of following transfer pricing services: Transfer Pricing Contemporaneous Documentation Preparation, Transfer Pricing Defense, Tax Effective Supply Chain Management, Transfer Pricing Planning and Advanced Pricing Agreement.

Zhanjun Wang is the Associate Director of Tax Department of PwC China Tianjin office.
Before joining PwC, she has been a tax officer of Tianjin Local Tax Bureau for 12 years and was specialized in tax inspection, collection and management. She is experienced in solving complicated tax compliance and inspection issues for multinational corporations and state owned enterprises including tax negotiation strategy, tax planning as well as application for preferential policies etc.
She joined PwC in January of 2002. During the past 16 years, she has provided tax and business consulting services in wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, foreign contractor and financial service industries. She is with rich experience in assisting reorganization and applying tax preference cases.
In merger & acquisition area, she has worked in resolving various disputes in the equity transfer and merger cases of large multinational corporations. Meanwhile, she has plenty of prior experience in advising merger cases in state-owned enterprises in Tianjin.
She also has rich experience in negotiation with Tianjin and nearby tax bureau, and government investment. As the member of PwC “One Belt One Road”, she is involved in consulting service of “One Belt One Road” state-owned enterprise policy, including oil refining, medicine, aviation electromechanical, etc.
On daily basis, she also maintains a good relationship with Chinese authorities in tax, finance and MOFCOM in Tianjin. Her bachelor degree is Financial and tax collection of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.

Grace is a senior tax manager with Shanghai Deloitte Tax Co., Ltd Tianjin Branch, and has over 14 years’ experience in tax consultation service. She specializes in providing customs and indirect tax consulting as well as negotiation services, especially assisting clients in the consultation and negotiation of custom authorities for processing trade, royalties and customs valuation issues.

Jack Zang is a tax senior manager with Shanghai Deloitte Tax Co., Ltd Tianjin Branch, and has over 11 years’ experience in tax consulting. He has extensive knowledge of Chinese tax regulation, international tax regulation, tax treaties and other relevant policies. He specializes in the field of transfer pricing, transfer pricing planning and audit defense.
