    Prior joining EY, Lipeng was in the M&A Tax Services team of another Big 4 firms based in US and Hong Kong, advising tier-one US private equity firms and large MNEs (both in US and China) on various cross border transactions from a tax perspective over a period of 12 years.

    While in the US, Lipeng spent two years working at US National Technical Center in D.C. to develop his technical skills in US taxation.
