Join AmCham China's Real Estate and Development Forum for a lunch discussion about key industry issues and plans for programming for the Year of the Dog. If you are interested in the fields of real estate, construction, engineering, land use rights or development join us for an informal lunch gathering to get involved and connect with other key players in the field. The first hallf of the lunch discussion will cover the key industry issues including topics such as Barriers to Foreign Investment, Transparency and Regulatory Environment and Decentralization of Chinese Cities. The second half of the discussion will center on how to plan programming to address these topics in the Real Estate and Development Industry Forum.

The primary purpose of the Real Estate and Development Forum is to promote transparency and create awareness in the fields of real estate, construction, engineering, land use rights and administration. Land use rights and development are fundamental elements of China’s growth story, and market transparency will help to ensure this growth. The forum uses its current policy dialogue to make recommendations and suggest improvements to the government. The Real Estate Forum meets on a monthly basis and its recent activities have focused on industry regulations and policies, as well as new market trends and opportunities in second tier cities, based on the latest research on fifty cities’ real estate markets.ore content in the publisher section.

Attending an Event
Events have limited seating, so to ensure your attendance we encourage advance online registration and payment for ALL events. We cannot guarantee entry to anyone not registered in advance. Most of our events are in English and off the record, but please check the webpage for each event to avoid disappointment.

Advance Tickets and Discounts 
Members can receive a discount by purchasing an advance ticket at least 24 hours before the day of the event. You must pay online at the time of registering for the event to be eligible for a discount. Discounts will not be available to members at the door.

Receipts (fapiao)
Event attendees can request a fapiao at the door or up to two months after the event. Requests made after that time will not be accommodated. Please contact the AmCham China staff member responsible for organizing your event.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than one business day prior to the event. If you fail to notify AmCham China of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will forfeit the fee you have already paid.

To cancel you can: 1) cancel directly online through the EventBank platform on which you registered or 2) contact the AmCham China staff member responsible for organizing your event.
