AmCham China cordially invites you to attend an exclusive briefing on China’s “Catalogue of Industries Guiding Foreign Investment” (the Catalogue) on July 26 at AmCham China’s Conference Center. The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) issued the Catalogue in conjunction with the Ministry of Commerce on June 28, 2017, which follows on the State Council’s release of Circular No. 5 on opening and the active use of foreign capital. The newest version of the Catalogue further broadens the admittance of foreign capital investment in the services, manufacturing, and mining industries, significantly reduces the number of restrictive measures, and implements a nationwide foreign investment negative list.
We are delighted to invite Mr. Yuan Feng (่ข้), Director of the NDRC Foreign Investment Department, to give a presentation on this important catalogue, as well as its impacts on foreign business in China.
