Join AmCham China Southwest Chapter on October 22 for an exclusive CEO & Executives Business Luncheon, featuring Global Vice President of ConocoPhillips, Vice President Corporate Affairs of Chevron China, Director of QSI International School of Chengdu and Executive Director of Vincci Real Estate.


The luncheon will open with a panel discussion on how multinational companies can successfully navigate China's evolving business landscape through effective communication with global headquarters and close collaboration with local governments, business partners, and stakeholders. Panelists will also share their firsthand cross-cultural business experiences and practical insights from operating in China's energy and broader business sectors.


Following the discussion, participants will enjoy a networking luncheon with leaders from AmCham China member companies to further exchange ideas and explore opportunities for sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships in the region.

    胡凯诚（Markel Hübinette）现任康菲公司全球副总裁、康菲石油中国有限公司总裁。
    胡凯诚先生在全球能源行业拥有逾20年的丰富经验，历任核心技术、管理、及高层领导职务，足迹遍及南美、美国、欧洲、澳大利亚及亚洲。
    胡凯诚先生加入康菲公司已有18年，先后于挪威、英国、澳大利亚、中国及休斯顿总部任职。2008年，他加入康菲挪威分公司，担任油井完整性工程师，主要从事海上作业。2014年，他调任英国，担任地区开发经理，随后担任大不列颠地区的资产经理。2017年，他任职澳大利亚，领导达尔文液化天然气寿命延长和巴尤恩丹油田退役项目团队。2019年，胡凯诚先生来华出任资本项目和资产管理副总裁，后于2022年调任休斯顿总部担任墨西哥湾落基山脉地区资本项目经理。
    2023年，胡凯诚先生再次回到中国，出任康菲石油中国有限公司总裁。凭借在华任职期间的突出贡献，胡凯诚先生荣获天津市海河友谊奖（2023年）及中国政府友谊奖（2025年），充分彰显其在推动中国油气领域国际合作方面的卓越成就与深远影响。
    胡凯诚先生的职业生涯开始于2003年，彼时，他加入贝克休斯阿根廷分公司，担任现场服务工程师，由此进入能源行业。
    胡凯诚先生为瑞典籍，拥有工程、金融和国际商务等多个学士学位。
