Mr. Cheng is Partner with 4stones Cross-cultural Consulting Group. Before joining 4stones, he served as BD/M&A Director for GE (China) and Honeywell (Asia Pacific). Previously he had worked in various management roles in global corporations such as BNP Paribas(HK), DBS Bank(HK), Pfizer/Pharmacia (US). Through his professional career and education, Mr. Cheng has developed deep insight, expertise and hands-on experience in the areas of domestic/cross-border M&A, cross-cultural management and communication, corporate financing, financial management, internal audit, and risk management. The industries he has involved include pharmaceutical/biotech, automation control, equipment manufacturing, energy and financial service, etc.

Mr. Cheng has lived and worked in a multicultural environment for many years. Before he returned to mainland China in 2006, he worked in the United States and Hong Kong for more than 15 years, including taking short-term assignments in Europe, Japan and Latin America.

In addition, Mr. Cheng actively delivers seminars and lectures in Chinese traditional culture, Chinese-Western literature and art appreciation, and overseas higher education for local educational institutions and communities. He published numerous articles in major Chinese newspapers and magazines covering economic development, business management, social and cultural education.

Mr. Cheng obtained his undergraduate degree in the United States. Years later, he received his MBA from Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He also holds CPA certificate and Honeywell Six Sigma Core Green Belt.
