Course objective ：
The course aims to provide fundamental financial knowledge to non-financial managers in supporting their assessment and decision making at the workplace.
• The open discussion on the financial-related challenges faced by the non-financial managers is to be held during the course.
• To strengthen the non-financial managers' capability to convert and convey the information into financial language with respect to improve the effectiveness of daily communication.
Course target 目标受众：
Non-Financial managers and directors who need to strengthen their financial acumen by gaining insightful understanding on the fundamental financial and accounting concepts, financial statements and the learning to interpret financial statements targeting to maximize business performance and effectiveness.

Part 3: Accounting and financial fundamental

Part 4: Communicate with accounting and financial knowledge
- Cost and benefit analysis

- Asset quality analysis
- Discussion
Through two-way communication with the attendees, understand and discuss the current situation/profitability/major issues of the projects that are handled by the attendee from finance perspective.
Part 5: Case study + scenario application
- Share a small case to wrap up the above financial basics.
Part 6: Post-training assignment and follow up (reflective for respective attendee's existing role)
- Based on the above sharing, understand and analyze the tasks which are relevant to accounting and financial knowledge

Aaron Leow
Associate Director, Financial Advisory Services of Deloitte ChinaAaron is an Associate Director in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory based in Beijing. He has been dealing with transactions relate to corporate advisory services in restructuring, performance improvement and business turnaround.
He used to deal with transactions in corporate finance, investment and M&A of digital media, e-commerce, cultural and entertainment, fast fashion, TMT businesses, automobile and industry supply chain, etc., in China and Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Aaron worked for advisory firm, PRC and Hong Kong listed companies and specialized in incubation, domestic and cross-border M&A and restructuring across China, U.S. and Southeast Asia.
Before working in China, Aaron was with a venture capital firm in Southeast Asia, where he took active participation in early stage investments, strategic and investment planning, deal structuring, business turnaround and significant asset reorganization. Aaron started his career in practice with one of the big four accounting firms in Southeast Asia.
