联合国将2022年世界环境日（World Environment Day）的主题定为 #只有一个地球#，呼吁大家在全球范围内采取变革性集体行动，一起庆祝、保护和恢复我们的地球。作为企业我们同样肩负着环境保护与管理的重任。随着6月5日世界环境日的到来，我们希望通过此次研讨会帮助大家深入了解企业在生态环境领域的相关法律法规及监管趋向，从而提高环境管理的的风险防范意识。
此次研讨会将分为两个部分：
一、企业环境合规管理风险防控
生态环境领域法律法规及监管趋向日益严格化，刑法、行政法、民法正在全方位加强对生态环境的保护及违法行为追责的力度，在这种监管背景下，更为规范、严格的内部环境管理方向成为每个企业必须采取的合规战略。
在当前环保信用管理推行与差异化监管趋势下，企业受到行政处罚后，不仅面临影响信用评级、评优或优惠政策的获取资格；甚至可能会被列为重点检查单位，面临高频的执法检查等重大不利影响，充分利用法律程序与手段防范处罚风险已成为企业维护合法权益的利器。
二、企业行政处罚听证与行政诉讼
立足当前环境监管趋势以及最新环境管理政策要求，梳理企业环境管理要点，并结合实例指出环境管理风险与责任后果，梳理企业环境管理合规路径，提出风险防范建议。
此外，为有效保护企业品牌形象，通过解读最新行政处罚法听证规定以及行政诉讼法新修要点，结合律师办案手记，深度解析典型行政处罚与行政诉讼案例，为企业在听证、行政诉讼救济途径中提供实操指导。
