**Please note the panel discussion will be held in English.***
Leadership has no single faceโyet women remain underrepresented in leadership roles across industries. We believe that building a truly dynamic and supportive community means creating space for diverse voices to be heard, celebrated, and empowered. When diverse perspectives come togetherโacross gender, background, and experienceโorganizations become stronger, more innovative, and more inclusive.
For the second event of our Young Professionals Network series, we turn the spotlight to Women in Leadershipโnot as a separate conversation, but as an essential part of shaping the next generation of business and innovation. This is not a conversation only for women; it is a conversation for everyone who cares about building better workplaces, stronger teams, and a more inclusive future. By highlighting the journeys, challenges, and successes of women leaders, we hope to inspire all young professionalsโregardless of genderโto rethink what leadership looks like and who it belongs to.
For this session, AmCham China Central China Chapter is honored to bring together three accomplished women leaders from diverse industries to share their insights, experiences, and personal journeys. Through an engaging panel discussion, our speakers will explore what leadership means to them, how their leadership styles have evolved, and the mindsets that have shaped their careers. This evening will offer young professionals a unique opportunity to gain real-world perspectives, ask questions, and connect with like-minded peers in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
Event Highlights:
- Insightful Panel Discussion: Hear from three women leaders across HR, Training, and Marketing as they share personal stories and practical advice on navigating leadership.
- Interactive Q&A: Bring your questions and engage directly with our speakers in an open and honest conversation.
