AmCham China Northeast Chapter Education Committee is dedicated to supporting the real-world needs of our members. In today's rapidly globalizing world, parents are thinking beyond university admissions—they would like their children to grow into future-ready individuals with global perspective, adaptability, critical thinking, and a strong sense of social responsibility.

But what does it take to get there? What kind of development path truly prepares young people for the global stage—and for a world that is both diverse and constantly changing?

To explore these questions, the Education Committee has invited Ealing International School which has been involved in training volunteers for the Davos Forum for 7 consecutive years to share their unique insights on cultivating global competencies. Through the lens of their Davos experience, they will guide member families in a conversation about academic and personal development across all stages—primary, middle, and high school—and highlight the core competencies that matter most, beyond grades.
