Event Summary

To support companies in navigating evolving regulations and strengthening workplace compliance, AmCham China Southwest Chapter, British Chamber of Commerce Southwest China, China-Australia Chamber of Commerce West China, Italian Chamber of Commerce in China, and Swiss Chamber of Commerce in China Southwest Office, have jointly invited experts from Chengdu Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Court and Chengdu Human Resources and Social Security Publicity and Consultation Center to deliver a specialized training session on female employees' rights protection.


The session will explore the key updates introduced in the Sichuan Provincial Regulations on Population and Family Planning (effective November 2025), with a focus on maternity-related rights, employer obligations, and practical compliance considerations. Through expert interpretation and real-world case studies, participants will gain actionable insights to better manage labor and employment matters and build more compliant and inclusive workplaces.
