Event Details

In the age of AI, data flows and personal information protection have become key regulatory priorities across jurisdictions. Governments around the world are introducing new rules to safeguard sensitive data and strengthen privacy protections. As a result, companies face an increasingly complex legal and compliance landscape for managing personal data and global information flows.

This seminar will provide participants with an opportunity to gain insights into the latest regulatory and enforcement developments in the United States and China. We will explore how the regulatory landscape is evolving, understand key compliance requirements, and discuss approaches to managing emerging risks in an increasingly interconnected US-China environment.
