MNC' Foreign Exchange Control & The Survival Rule of Digital Taxation

To support the stable development of foreign-invested enterprises, AmCham Tax Committee sincerely invite you to join us in reviewing and discussing daily compliance requirements and countermeasures.

Foreign Exchange Control:

The State Administration of Foreign Exchange has issued the "Notification on Further Optimizing the Administration of Trade-related Foreign Exchange Business." We will discuss the key changes which impacts on enterprises' daily operation.

We will also share some experience on non- trade foreign exchange business that enterprises need to focus on when conducting:

- Payments under service trade

- Dividend payments

- Arrangements for equity incentives

Finance and Taxation:

The deepening of tax big data regulation and the comprehensive promotion of e-invoices have brought significant changes to invoice usage and storage. The Ministry of Finance and eight other ministries and commissions have released the "Notification on Jointly Carrying Out the Deepening Pilot Work of Accounting Data Standards for Electronic Vouchers." This event will focus on achieving financial and tax compliance in the following areas amid the strengthened tax inspection:

- Storage of electronic vouchers

- Key points of tax inspections

- Preemptive internal financial and tax control measures
