中国美国商会（以下简称"商会"）医疗工作组长期致力于推动医疗健康领域的政策交流与产业合作，积极搭建政府部门、医疗机构、商业保险机构及医药企业之间的沟通平台。为深入探讨商业保险在支持医药创新、完善多层次医疗保障体系以及提升患者医疗可及性方面的重要作用，商会拟于2026年7月8日在北京举办"商业保险与医药创新支付机制论坛"。

近年来，随着创新药品、创新医疗器械和创新诊疗技术不断涌现，如何建立与医疗创新相适应的支付体系，已成为医疗保障改革和产业发展的重要议题。商业健康保险作为我国多层次医疗保障体系的重要组成部分，在满足群众多元化医疗需求、促进创新医疗产品价值实现、完善创新支付机制等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。

本次论坛将邀请商业保险机构负责人及医药行业代表，共同围绕商业保险与基本医保协同发展、创新药械支付机制探索、患者可及性提升、多层次医疗保障体系建设以及国际经验借鉴等议题展开深入交流。论坛旨在凝聚各方共识，促进政策沟通与实践分享，推动商业保险更好支持医疗创新发展，为构建可持续、高质量的医疗保障体系贡献智慧与力量。

The American Chamber of Commerce in China (AmCham China) Healthcare Industry Group has long been committed to promoting policy dialogue and industry collaboration in the healthcare sector, serving as a platform for communication among government agencies, healthcare providers, commercial insurers, and healthcare companies. To facilitate discussions on the role of commercial health insurance in supporting medical innovation, strengthening China's multi-tiered healthcare security system, and improving patient access to innovative healthcare products and services, AmCham China will host the Forum on Commercial Health Insurance and Innovative Payment Mechanisms for Healthcare on July 8, 2026, in Beijing.

As innovative medicines, medical devices, and healthcare technologies continue to emerge, establishing sustainable payment mechanisms that support medical innovation has become a key priority for both healthcare reform and industry development. As an important component of China's multi-tiered healthcare security system, commercial health insurance is playing an increasingly significant role in addressing diverse healthcare needs, facilitating patient access to innovative therapies, and complementing public insurance programs through innovative reimbursement and payment models.

This forum will bring together representatives from leading commercial insurance companies and healthcare industry stakeholders. Participants will discuss topics including coordination between public and commercial health insurance, innovative payment mechanisms for pharmaceuticals and medical technologies, improving patient access to healthcare innovation, advancing a multi-tiered healthcare security system, and international best practices. The forum aims to foster constructive dialogue, share practical experiences, and explore policy solutions that enable commercial health insurance to better support healthcare innovation while contributing to a sustainable and high-quality healthcare ecosystem.
