中国美国商会医疗组将与国家卫生健康委员会国际交流与合作中心（IHECC）合作，共同主办"中美医学创新发展论坛"。作为2025北京全球健康大会的重要分论坛之一，该论坛旨在围绕老年健康与儿童健康领域的创新发展，分享最新前沿洞见，并为商会会员企业提供与政策制定者和行业专家深入参与交流与对话的宝贵机会。
论坛背景
2025年8月，国家卫生健康委员会国际交流与合作中心将第八次主办北京全球健康大会。作为年度旗舰性健康盛会，大会致力于连接全球健康产业，助力"健康中国"战略实施，推动"健康丝绸之路"愿景落地。2025年恰逢"健康中国"战略提出十周年，此时正是中国美国商会深化与中国卫生管理部门合作、营造更加友好的营商环境、为在华外资医疗企业创造更多投资机会的重要契机，从而助力"健康中国"的长期目标早日实现。
当前，全球卫生体系正面临诸多挑战，尤其是人口老龄化趋势加剧以及儿童疾病发病率上升，进一步凸显医疗创新与国际协作的紧迫性。老年和儿童健康已经分别成为中美两国国家卫生战略中的重点方向，政策层面愈加重视早期干预、数据驱动的疾病预防以及可持续的长期照护体系建设。这些共同挑战亟需加强中美两国在相关领域的交流与创新合作。
为回应这些优先议题，中国美国商会将于2025年8月16日上午与国际交流与合作中心联合举办"中美医学创新发展论坛"。论坛将邀请来自中美两国的政府官员、行业领袖、医疗专家深入探讨"一老一小"，即老年健康与儿童健康领域的政策动态与创新解决方案。同时，该论坛也为在华外资医疗企业提供了一个与监管机构直接交流、贡献专业知识、探索合作机会的重要平台，助力其更好融入和参与中国医疗健康体系的转型与发展。

The AmCham China Healthcare Industry Group is pleased to partner with the International Health Exchange and Cooperation Center (IHECC) to co-organize the China-U.S. Forum on Healthcare Innovation and Development, a featured sub-forum under the 2025 Beijing Forum for Global Health. This forum aims to deliver the most up-to-date insights into innovation in elderly and pediatric healthcare, while offering ample opportunities for our member companies to engage in meaningful dialogue and exchange.
Background
In August 2025, the IHECC will host the Beijing Forum for Global Health for the eighth time. This annual forum is dedicated to connecting the global healthcare industry, supporting the implementation of the Healthy China initiative and advancing the Health Silk Road vision. The year 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of the "Healthy China" strategy. This milestone presents a timely opportunity for the AmCham China to deepen collaboration with Chinese health authorities, foster a more favorable business environment, and create greater investment opportunities for foreign-invested healthcare enterprises operating in China. Through these efforts, we aim to contribute to the early realization of the long-term goals of the Healthy China initiative.
As global health systems face growing challenges posed by rapidly aging populations and rising rates of childhood diseases, the need for collaborative innovation in healthcare has never been more urgent. In both China and the United States, elderly and pediatric healthcare have become key priorities in national health strategies, with increased attention to early intervention, data-driven disease prevention, and long-term care solutions. These shared challenges call for enhanced international cooperation and innovation.
To respond to these shared priorities, AmCham China is honored to co-host the China-U.S. Forum on Healthcare Innovation and Development with the IHECC on the morning of August 16, 2025. This sub-forum will convene senior officials, healthcare leaders, and experts from both countries to explore policy trends and innovative solutions in elderly and pediatric healthcare. It also serves as a valuable platform for foreign-invested healthcare enterprises to engage directly with policymakers, contribute expertise, and explore new avenues for collaboration in China's evolving healthcare landscape.
