Amid a rapidly shifting global landscape - marked by evolving US-China dynamics, economic uncertainty, and the rise of AI and intelligent agents - decision-makers and HR leaders are being challenged to rethink how organizations operate, how talent is developed, and how transformation is led.
As AI moves from experimentation to real business impact, companies must navigate critical questions around workforce transformation, future-ready leadership, and the evolving role of HR as a strategic driver of change.
On June 11, 2026, AmCham China will host its 27th Human Resources Conference, bringing together senior executives and HR leaders to explore AI, talent, leadership, and organizational transformation. Through keynote speeches and panel discussions, the conference will deliver practical insights, peer exchange, and forward-looking perspectives.
For over two decades, this flagship event has served as a trusted platform for the HR community in China to benchmark trends, share best practices, and shape the future of work.
