Dr. Ma Jun is the President of Institute of Finance and Sustainability (IFS), Chairman of Green Finance Committee of China Society for Finance and Banking, Chairman of Hong Kong Green Finance Association, Chairman of Capacity-building Alliance of Sustainable Investment (CASI), Co-Chair of the Green Investment Principles (GIP) for the Belt & Road, Co-Chair of IPSF Working Group of Sustainable Finance Taxonomy, among many other responsibilities.

Dr. Ma was formerly the Co-Chair of G20 Sustainable Finance Working Group, a member of the Monetary Committee and Chief Economist of the People’s Bank of China, Managing Director/Chief Economist/Investment Strategist for Greater China with Deutsche Bank, senior economist at the World Bank, and economist at the IMF.

Michael Hart is President of the American Chamber of Commerce in China based in Beijing. He has over twenty-five years of business experience in Asia, including nineteen years in mainland China.

Mr. Tao is the Deputy Director of National Institution for Finance & Development, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences(CASS), professor, Ph.D. supervisor. He is also a member of the National Financial Standardization Technical Committee. His main research areas include: macro finance and policy, financial technology and digital finance, payment and clearing, etc. He has been engaged in financial theory, policy and practice research for a long time, focusing on interdisciplinary research in economics, finance, sociology and information technology. In recent years, he has published a large number of academic papers in various academic journals, edited and published a series of important reports and works, presided over many research topics of theoretical and practical value, written internal newspapers for a long time and provided policy advice to relevant departments, and actively analyzed hot issues for the industry and the public. Won the May 1 Labor Medal of the central State organ; First prize, Second prize and third prize of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Excellent Decision Information Countermeasure Research; First Prize of Fintech Research Project of the People's Bank of China; China Payment and Clearing Association outstanding papers and other awards.

Ed Lee is the Head of Mastercard Data & Services in Greater China.

Ed has extensive experience in data analysis and strategic consulting, and has helped leading companies around the world solve complex business problems. He has supported clients across the financial industry, aviation industry, catering industry and various retail industries in Greater China, Singapore, the United States, Canada, Australia and other markets. Ed has more than ten years of experience in directing large consulting teams to provide clients with diversified strategic measures, including risk control, customer acquisition, capital expenditure, precision marketing, customer loyalty and other projects.

Ed holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Engineering from the University of British Columbia. He has also been awarded the Julie Payette-NSERC Research Fellowship, which is awarded annually to the top 24 graduate students in Canadian science and engineering fields.

Hong Zhang is the Vice President and Head of China Legal, PayPal. Before joining PayPal, Hong served as the Chief Representative of the New York Representative Office, Senior Legal Counsel and Head of the Legal and Compliance Department of China Investment Corporation (CIC). Prior to her tenure at CIC, Hong was an equity partner at Haiwen & Partners, a Chinese law firm. Hong started her legal career as an associate attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Her legal practice focuses on commercial corporate, M&A, private equity and capital market transactions.

Kenneth Zhou is a partner in the firm's Asia Corporate Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2004.
Mr. Zhou's practice focuses on foreign direct investment, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity/venture capital, joint ventures and strategic alliance, general corporate, anti-trust and regulatory matters, FCPA and investigations, and international dispute resolution. He has advised many foreign companies in high-tech, media and entertainment, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, banking and financial services, publishing, consumer product and services industries with respect to their strategic expansion, investments and business operations in China. Mr. Zhou has also advised leading Chinese companies on their outbound investments, M&A and strategic expansion in the U.S. and Europe. In addition, he is also experienced in capital market, foreign trade and WTO matters.
Mr. Zhou is a former governor and General Counsel of AmCham China. He currently serves as Chair of the Outbound Investment Forum of AmCham China.
Mr. Zhou is the author of the Business Organization Chapter published in Business Law in China: Trade, Investment, Operations and Finance. ICC Publ. No. 672, 2d rev. ed. He is also one of the authors of China’s Anti-Monopoly Law – The First Five Years, published by Wolters Kluwer in 2012. He has written articles in such periodicals as China Law & Practice, Asia Pacific Antitrust and Trade Review, Capital and others on a wide range of topics including M&A, corporate restructuring, private equity/venture capital investment, foreign direct investment in China, tax and regulatory matters.

Viki Huang is the Head of Regulatory, Industry and Government Affairs covering China and South Korea, for State Street Corporation, based in Beijing. In this role, she is responsible for regulatory policies, government affairs; coordinates and manages relations with regulators, government agencies, quasi-government organizations and trade associations. She previously worked at J.P. Morgan in the International Government Relations team for 7 years. She holds master degree from University of Illinois.

Erin Zhang joined Goldman Sachs since 2017 March as an Executive Director in Beijing. Erin is responsible for governmental affairs of Mainland China, helping advance OGA’s China strategy, building government relations to strengthen the development to four business franchise, and advocacy on market reform. Since March 2020, Erin serves as member of Board of Directors and chair of the Financial Work Group at the American Chamber of Commerce in the People’s Republic of China.
