Introduction

Over the past year, more companies have begun experimenting with ChatGPT, Copilot, AI-powered analytics tools, and emerging agentic applications. Yet in many organizations, AI adoption still remains at the level of individual productivity and leadership teams struggle to determine which AI opportunities are truly worth investing in — and which are merely short-term hype. The question is no longer simply whether to use AI, but where AI should be embedded in business workflows, how roles and responsibilities should be redistributed between humans and machines, and how individual tool usage can be translated into organizational capability. This session will examine the evolution of AI tools and provide participants with a practical framework for enterprise adoption. We will discuss how to distinguish between personal productivity tools, workflow-based AI applications, and agentic systems; how to identify high-value, low-risk, and actionable AI use cases; and how organizations can move beyond isolated experimentation toward more systematic human-AI collaboration and workflow redesign.
