Course Description

How we respond in moments of tension can shape team dynamics, client trust, and even long-term career growth. Yet most professionals find themselves unprepared when these moments arise.

This focused 3-hour training is designed to help you identify common traps — the "landmines" that can derail a conversation — and equip you with practical strategies to navigate them with clarity and confidence. Through real‑world scenarios and interactive practice, you will learn to transform challenging conversations into opportunities for alignment and trust‑building.
