This focused 3-hour training is designed to help you identify common traps โ the "landmines" that can derail a conversation โ and equip you with practical strategies to navigate them with clarity and confidence. Through realโworld scenarios and interactive practice, you will learn to transform challenging conversations into opportunities for alignment and trustโbuilding.
