[Course Background]
This course is designed to solve the common business people in the speech expression of vague goals, illogical and lack of infectious pain points, through the systematic construction of strategy, structure, empathy, presentation, improvisation and craftsmanship of the six core thinking, and provide SPA model, PVP framework and other practical tools and visualization, task-based interactive teaching methods, to help students (especially managers) in one day to master the whole process of expression ability from accurate positioning goals, designing logical framework, establishing emotional connection to flexible response to accidents and continuous refinement, and ultimately achieve efficient, accurate and influential communication in business situations. Module 4 Presentation Thinking: (using visual design to guide the audience and create empathy) How to take care of the audience's eyes
- Props use: business PPT notes, with PPT skills; physical props design ideas;
- How to train body language in business expression (eye coaching, use of gestures, pay attention to facial expressions, pay attention to standing posture)
- How to effectively train the voice changes, convey emotions
Module 5 Improvisational thinking: (how to deal with complex and changing communication scenes)
- How to deal with emergencies in communication mindset training: Pace-Lead law, 6 seconds to deal with the law of emotional emotions;
- How to deal with the uncertainty of challenging questioning sessions: topic echoing, easing, and migration methods;
- How to predict unexpected events in communication from the field and design possible responses with reference to six dimensions: time, space, people, relationships, topics, and processes;
- How to effectively utilize the "events" in the communication scene, and turn "waste" into treasure.
Module 6: Craftsman thinking: comprehensive exercises and how to continue to train the expression ability
- How to adjust the mindset of the expresser;
- The process of expression training is organized;
