Iris is a Director at Fragomen’s Shanghai office. She joined the firm in 2007 and has near 20 years of experience in China immigration. Iris supports clients of all sizes in the China inbound practice, ranging from small and medium-sized organizations to multinational Fortune 100 companies in a variety of industries. In addition to leading a team of managers and consultants in providing a wide range of immigration services in China, Iris provides compliant and pragmatic outbound immigration solutions, including consular support and document procurement and legalization services, as well as immigration advisory and process planning support to Chinese clients going abroad.

钟律师执业十七年以来，积累了为大型外商投资企业、知名央企、国企及民企提供劳动法律服务的丰富经验，并多次主办企业改制、重组、并购、裁员等人力资源重组与用工关系调整项下人员安置方案的制定与实施工作；此外，钟律师在处理和化解企业用工争议方面具有丰富的实践经验，精通仲裁诉讼及谈判业务，擅长运用庭审技巧并通过多元化处理方式帮助客户解决各类劳动人事纠纷。钟律师还多次应邀到企业内部进行劳动法律培训，帮助客户提高风险预防与灵活处理能力。
