Su Cheng Harris-Simpson is the Founder and President of Synpact, a social enterprise that empowers underrepresented people, with a focus on women and girls.
With over 30 years of experience, she previously founded SCHSAsia, a strategy consulting and communications firm, and held leadership roles at Boeing, UTC, and the Capital Club Beijing. Since 1997, she has been a prominent community builder in Beijing, serving multiple chambers of commerce, embassies, and not-for-profits, including four terms on the AmCham Board of Governors.

Jennifer had nearly 35 years of experience in Beijing. She is fluent in Mandarin and holds a BA in English Language and Literature from Goucher College (1989) and a postgraduate certification in Montessori Elementary Education (1997).
She has guided hundreds of families through personalized educational planning. In 2004, she founded The Learning Center (TLC), the first institution of its kind in Beijing designed specifically to support local and expatriate students attend in bilingual and international schools - with a primary mission of helping students improve their academic performance.

Luan Tian is an entrepreneur, innovation expert, and cross-border business leader with nearly 20 years of international experience across Europe, Canada, and the Middle East.
He is currently the Overseas Partner of Lao Fan Gu (老饭骨) and CEO of Kedi Technology Services. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in building innovation ecosystems and supporting entrepreneurs, including leadership positions at Zhongguancun Science Park, China's premier innovation hub, and international assignments in France and the UAE.
Mr. Luan has advised global companies such as Microsoft, Daimler, Hitachi, Mars, and State Grid on innovation and growth strategies, while also serving as a judge for HICOOL startup competitions.

Over three decades of China and Asia-Pacific experience including 26 years at KPMG China - where he held senior leadership roles: Global Chairman of KPMG's Global China Business Development Center, Co-Head of KPMG China Infrastructure, and Head of M&A Tax for Asia-Pacific. Has advised Chinese state-owned and private enterprises on going-out strategy, with deep involvement in flagship Belt and Road cross-border investments. Fluent in Mandarin, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of CPAs, and holds CPA Australia and CPA New Zealand qualifications
