Johnson & Johnson's (J&J) heritage is female, they have been addressing the unmet needs of women since their founding. Back in 1886, eight of their first fourteen employees were female. Up to today, they have the Women's Leadership & Inclusion (WLI) Employee Resource Group (ERG) which is their longest standing ERG and celebrated its 25th anniversary at J&J in 2020. Today, there are over 10,000 WLI members in over 200 countries across J&J globally.
